A History of Irondale United Methodist Church

Established in 1887 with twelve charter members, Irondale United Methodist Church has grown to a current membership of more than five hundred. Several additions to our facilities have been made since 1962 when the church relocated and and the present sanctuary was built. The residence adjacent to the sanctuary and education building was converted to a Youth and Activities building when another parsonage was purchased in 1988. We have a rich heritage and bright hopes for the future.
